This 14th edition of DjangoCon Europe and it will be taking place from Porto and will be accessible worldwide.
DjangoCon Europe is a conference run by the Django community for the Django community and we believe this is the best conference for partners and sponsors to connect with the Django community and to be part of it.
DjangoCon Europe has existed for more than a decade and is therefore very professionally run, 100% by passionate volunteers and on a not-for-profit basis.
This is a conference for software developers, DevOps, entrepreneurs, marketeers, sprouting new Djangonauts, recruiters and exciting partners working with Python and Django.
The attendees is a mixed crowd with various professional positions and levels. Approximately half are newcomers.
We have room for an unlimited number of attendees. The physical events usually have an attendance of 400 persons. Nevertheless, last year's editon, the first-ever in a virtual format, had more than 800 registrations! DjangoCons exist world-wide and the community and audience are from all continents (except perhaps Antarctica?).

As a part of the conference individuals from all countries can apply for grants to make it possible to attend this, for some, life-changing event. The conference must be affordable because many contributors to Django, attendees and speakers would not otherwise be able to attend without sponsorships from the community. Diversity Everyone is welcome at DjangoCon Europe, should be able to attend this conference and be in their comfort zone while doing so.
